A house can be spotless inside and still look tired from the pavement if the walls are green, the render's streaked, or the pebbledash has gone grey. Exterior cleaning is one of the jobs we get asked for most across Teesside, especially on the north-facing walls that never see much sun and hold onto algae year-round. It's not just cosmetic either: left to build up, that green film holds damp against the wall.

Soft washing, not brute force

We clean walls, render and brick using soft washing: a low-pressure application that kills algae, moss and grime at the root rather than blasting it off with force. That matters on render especially, where a pressure washer can drive water behind the finish and cause problems that cost far more than the clean. Our approach leaves the surface intact and the results last, because the treatment carries on working after we've gone.

The complete exterior package

Most of our customers want more than just the walls done, so we offer a complete exterior cleaning package: house washing plus driveway cleaning, gutters, fascias and soffits, all in the same visit. It saves us going back and forth, and we pass that saving on with a discount for booking the full package rather than one job at a time. It's a popular choice ahead of summer or before putting a house on the market.

Render, brick, pebbledash, we know the difference

Every wall type across Teesside behaves a bit differently. The 1930s brick and render semis around Stockton need a different dwell time to the newer render estates in Ingleby Barwick and Yarm, where modern k-render can streak red with a different type of algae altogether. Pebbledash on the Thornaby and Billingham estates holds grime in the aggregate and comes up brilliantly with a proper soft wash. We adjust the job to the wall, not the other way round.
