The service
We're a real, working exterior cleaning and garden maintenance business, not a directory or a lead-generation site. When you use the contact form, your enquiry comes directly to Ray, who arranges to look at the job and provide a free, written quote before any work is agreed.
Content and pricing
Guides and information on this site are provided in good faith to help you understand the work involved, and are general in nature rather than a quote for your specific property. We don't publish fixed prices because every job is different; the price you're given after Ray has seen the job is the one that stands.
Acceptable use
Please don't misuse this site: no automated scraping, no false enquiries submitted through the contact form, and no attempts to interfere with how the site runs. We reserve the right to block access where the site is misused.
Liability
We take reasonable care over the content of this site, but it's provided for general information and doesn't replace a proper survey of your property.
